Off Leash K9 Training Raleigh / Durham has expanded! Diana Hauser and Alisa Woodruff are the owners and head trainers for Off Leash K9 Raleigh / Durham . Our style of training encompasses the core beliefs and philosophy of consistency, fairness, and crystal clear communication that will turn your dog into a well behaved member of society in any situation.

Diana Hauser is a graduate of North Carolina State University with dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. She has always loved dogs and started working with rescued German Shepherds in 2005. In 2010 she co-founded Southeast German Shepherd Rescue. She still remains on the board and has personally worked with hundreds of rescue dogs ranging from fearful to insecure to reactive.

Alisa Woodruff is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Communications. Most of her professional background revolves around marketing. Alisa has always loved dogs and started working with rescued German Shepherds in 2006. In 2010, she helped co-found Southeast German Shepherd Rescue and remains on the board of the organization. Over the years she has worked with behavioral and medical cases of all types from high energy dogs to reactive dogs, to fearful dogs.

Lauren Lemon first attended Indiana University and received a Bachelors degree in History. She then went on to receive her Masters degree in Social Sciences from The Citadel in Charleston, SC. Lauren started her career in animals at 15 as a Vet Assistant. She continued to pursue her love of animals, especially dogs; obtaining extensive knowledge of K9 narcotics/explosives detection and tracking/trailing for military and police departments. She joined the OLK9 team in 2015 after moving to Raleigh.

Taylor Pulice-Loomis is a graduate of Penn State’s Animal Sciences program. Throughout college, Taylor focused her education on companion animal behavior and spent countless hours at local animal shelters facilitating adoptions.  After graduation, she moved to Texas to train rescued animals for shows highlighting the plight of rescued animals.  Her background is in creating and training obedience and tricks to animals performing at theme parks and zoos across the country. She will be joining the Off Leash K9 Training team in winter of 2016.

Sarah White is a graduate of East Carolina University and Paul Mitchell with a degree in cosmetology. After moving to the Triangle area in 2005, she started aiding rescue efforts helping pit bull type dogs in need. For nearly 10 years, she has offered assistance to the rescue community including serving on boards for 501c3 non profits, creating and facilitating shelter partnerships, fundraising, fostering, outreach and education. Through this work, she has become well versed in the knowledge of k9 behavior, pack integration, and creating relationships between owner and companion. After experiencing the OLK9 methodology from a client perspective, she was recruited and joined the team in the winter of 2014.
